spinning workshop

Today I attended the "Spindles All Day" workshop taught by Abby Franquemont at the Spinning Loft.  It was a really useful workshop for spindle spinning techniques.  Having attended will undoubtedly help the quality of my spinning immensely.  I am especially looking forward to working on the plying method she taught.  It is very fast and the resulting yarn looks like it'll be good for socks.  And making sock yarn is my ultimate goal with spinning.
