My stepmother asked me to make some fingerless mitts/gloves for her mother. The pattern that I'm using is at NanoEffects blog . I'm making it with Esprit (solid) cotton yarn by Elann. The pattern is pretty simple and straightforward. This seems to be a pretty good use for this yarn. I bought the yarn originally to make socks with but found it to be too thick.
