Continuing with my gluten-free experiments, today I made some gluten free crackers based on "
Andrea's Gluten-Free Crackers" recipe on the Valley Natural Foods site. The only change I made was I didn't use 1/2 cup sesame seeds (mainly because I didn't have that much). I think they would be better with more sesame seeds as is in the recipe - next time I'll make sure I have enough before I make these. Even without the sesame seeds they were still pretty good.
